About

Hello there!

Welcome to the inner ramblings and reviews of me – Rachel!

You may have found me via my various social media outlets, or even through my professional websites, so thanks for clicking through!

If you’re one of the many followers from back before 2016, welcome back! Sorry I’ve been away for so long.

What is this blog?

This blog is somewhere I can come to write somewhat random things away from my freelance work. I currently work as a freelancer content writer and social media manager (if you want to learn more please click here). As of September 2019, I will be back at the University of Strathclyde studying an MLitt in Creative Writing so I thought it only fitting to return to my old student blog to start afresh.

Just so I’m a bit clearer on what this is about, this blog will contain observations, reviews and ramblings about my life as well as my reading and writing habits. It will be a like a diary almost but a bit more professional and it won’t be as embarrassing.

Just a quick note to anyone who finds one of my older reviews, I am no longer using the coffee cup system of rating because it just makes me want more coffee… Sorry, it’s back to the boring x out of 5 stars.

I’m so glad you’ve come to visit me! Thanks very much and maybe see you again soon? (Hopefully)

If you wish to contact me to collaborate, or even send me something to review, please use my contact form here.
